The kiddos are back in school, which means it is time to schedule that flu shot! We are excited to offer our patient families the convenience of scheduling their own flu shots, either in-office or via a drive-through clinic, through your patient portal - details below!
Patients that are at least 6 months or older are eligible to receive a flu vaccine. We are happy to provide the flu vaccine to parents this season both in-office and during Saturday Drive-Through clinics.
We do not participate with the Vaccines For Children (VFC) program. Patients with a public aid plan will need to schedule with the McLean County Health Department.
All flu vaccine adminstration will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We are unable to accept walk-in appointments. However, if you would like to combine a flu shot with your child's well visit in the the office, we are happy to accomodate that. Please let our schedulers know when you are making the well visit that you would like to include a flu shot!
Please see the following Vaccine Information Sheet (VIS) for the version your child will receive. These are highly informative of the vaccine and what you may expect after administration.
If you have questions or concerns about the flu shot OR if you are interested in FluMist for your child, please call the office at 309-662-0504 and select option 1 to speak with a nurse.

In-Office flu shot appointments are available Mondays, Wednesdays and every other Friday beginning September 5, 2025.

DRIVE-THROUGH flu vaccine CLINIC GUIDELINES
Please check our FB page before your visit as we may move the drive-through clinic indoors in the event of inclement weather.
Please view the arial image below for the drive through route. Vehicles will enter through the North parking lot entrance and form 2 lanes. Lane 1 will be formed under the building overhang. Lane 2 will be formed on the outside of the building overhang. The 2 lanes will converge to exit out the South parking lot entrance. A staff member will check you off the schedule. When a nurse is ready to administer the vaccine, you may be allowed to stay in the vehicle or you may be asked to step out of your vehicle - we appreciate your cooperation with our nursing staff to administer the vaccine in the safest manner for all. After the vaccine is administered, you are free to go!

Please arrive at the earliest appointment time you scheduled for your family - a reminder will be sent the day before your appointment. We will take care of all scheduled family members at the same time, even if appointment times are spread out. Arriving at the earliest of your family's appointment times helps keep the line from trailing into the street. Thanks for your help with this!
- Please dress your child in a short sleeve shirt, shorts, or onesie for quick and easy access.
- Parents need to be prepared to assist in holding their child.
- Nurses have the authority to decline to administer the vaccine if your child is uncooperative.
