One of the features of our electronic medical records system is personal "patient portals". This is available to any patient who has Internet access.

The portal will allow you to: 

• review portions of your medical record (visit dates, diagnoses, medications, immunizations, etc.).
• update your contact and insurance information.
• request appointments for well checks/sports physicals.
• request medication refills.
• request referrals.
• receive e-mail reminders about appointments.
• receive important and urgent notifications from us (e.g., change in office hours due to weather).

The portal will NOT:

• be accessed by anyone outside of our office.
• be used for advertising, spam, etc.

We encourage everyone to take advantage of this free service. Just send us an e-mail from this website or sign up the next time that you are in the office.
