Testing

We have 2 different types of COVID-19 testing available at our office.  The decision regarding which test to use is based on an algorithm that has been designed by our physicians.

The Cepheid Xpert Xpress test is capable of testing for RSV, Influenza A&B, as well as COVID-19. The cash price for this test is $250. We will bill insurance and send a statement for any balance due after the claim is processed.

Your child's physician may determine that a "Covid only" test is appropriate. The price for the Cepheid Xpert Xpress SARS-CoV-2 PCR test is $100. The cash price for the Sofia rapid antigen test for COVID-19 is $100.  We will bill your insurance and send a statement for any balance due after the claim is processed.
