If your child is scheduled for a well child visit and is NOT well, please notify our office as quickly as possible to change the nature of your child’s appointment or reschedule it. Your child will NOT BE SEEN for a well visit if they are ill.
Those entering our building are no longer required to wear a mask, though it is strongly encouraged for those exhibiting ill symptoms such as a fever (100.4 or >) or a cough.
When you arrive for your appointment, you are welcome to immediately enter the building and check in at the front desk.
Patient families picking up forms, prescriptions, or other visitors to the practice may come in the main entrance and check in at the front desk.
