*Sorry, but we cannot accommodate walk-in patients on Saturdays. Please see below for our weekday walk-in policy.
Free Prenatal Consultations:
Appointments available at 8:45 AM and 12:45 PM, and at other times by request.
By Appointment: We schedule sick and well patients from 9 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. (Earlier appointments may be available with some of our doctors.) We see only ill patients on Saturday mornings.
Walk-Ins: Ill patients may be seen without calling for an appointment from 8 AM to 9 AM and from 4 PM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. One of our doctors is assigned to see all of the walk-in patients.
Ill patients without appointments who arrive at other times will be accommodated to the best of our ability, but will receive faster service by calling ahead of time. We are unable to offer walk-in well visits at this time.
After-hours: Parents who need to contact us with urgent medical concerns about their children outside of office hours should call 314-747-8801. This will connect callers to pediatric nurses at St. Louis Children's Hospital. They do a great job of handling most questions. They can always reach our doctor on call for consultation if they need to. We ask respectfully that routine matters, including medication refills, be handled during office hours.
By Appointment: Dr. Ulbrich sees new patients for consultations and allergy testing Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday mornings and afternoons. Follow-up appointments are scheduled during these times as well.
Allergy Shots: Dr. Ulbrich's nurse performs allergy injections Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 9 AM to 11:15 AM and from 1 PM to 4:15 PM. Thursday hours are 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, including over the lunch hour.
After-hours: Dr. Ulbrich's allergy and asthma patients should contact their primary care doctor for advice and treatment outside of office hours. Patients without such a physician should seek care at a walk-in clinic or an emergency department.
